WHERE:

Villa di Toppo Florio – Buttrio (ITALY).

Pictures of the working world. The work that increasingly tends to disappear, like before with the automation of production processes, then with the computerization of home-work, now with the final next layoff, and dismissal of labor mobility from society, even in his imagination gradually over time and has seen the disappearance or reworking the image of humanity at work. There are few images that the history of art returns us to the man / woman at work. Mainly images of totalitarian regimes and dictatorships, propaganda images, the masses used to enhance the productivity of work, monumentalising and at the same time in a collective ritual to sanctify mass production of goods aimed at the accumulation of wealth.

The parable of the work by the economic boom in Italy today as seen through his imagination developed and criticized by artists, critics, magazines, collectives, television programs, films, which are approximated to the groups of neo avant-garde, the neo-conceptual art to is a relational view of points of view together that you can hardly relate to. An exhibition that brings contradictions of historical documents of a recent past of struggles, achievements, failures, crises and new hope for generations as it is envisaged that work will be banned.
