Saturday 6 April at 6.00 pm<\/b>the first staff of Delfina Marcello is inaugurated, from art and spare parts. The exhibition, entitled “Love Accessories<\/b>“, wants to emphasize the need for the use of videos, installation, photography, drawing and painting to develop a project that has as its theme domestication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Visitors are gently conducted through the gallery transformed into a large room that could be a place where everyone lived, but at the same time it is a space evacuated and re-inhabited. With the works of her the artist creates a logic of non-recognizable familiarity. Through a mild but progressive estary operation, images deemed well known or decoding suffer a subtle and imperceptible metamorphosis that makes them so close as it is imprendable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Family photos multiply in a black and white whose pictorial essence translates into an intent research to find the zero grade of memory. It is the point in which past, present and future are animated by an involuntary impulse towards the anti-narrative dissolution of the events they represent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With a discreet but potentially detector research of trivial and \/ or family images, the artist proposes an experience whose duration corresponds to the voluntary abandonment of each act of recognition of itself and appropriation of the personal past, of the individual and Of each one.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The gallery will be inhabited by these images almost were transformed into a space in which the unfinished mnemonic gesture is repeated until its essence is affirmed. The idea of a gap, of loss of orientation humanize the white walls recreating a cozy and extraneous universe at the same time.
