The fifth and final cycle of Thinking Like a Mountain – The Orobie Biennial, the program of the GAMeC – Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Bergamo, will open on October 4, 2025. Under the artistic direction of Lorenzo Giusti, the program engages local communities with the participation of international artists.

After presenting the film Migratori (Migratory) during the third cycle of Pensare come una montagna (Thinking Like a Mountain), Agnese Galiotto, in collaboration with the municipality of Almenno San Bartolomeo, will create a fresco on the wall of a house overlooking the public area in front of the municipal library and the Villa dell’Amicizia (Friendship Villa). The fresco takes up the artist’s favorite theme of the relationship between humans and birds, creating a visual connection between flight and Mount Albenza rising behind the building.
